     This is an early bow-arm Morris chair, model #2340, ca. 1901, with narrow arms and reverse taper legs. It is in very good condition and retains its original finish. The back is adjustable with large, faceted pegs. The chair is very comfortable and has been reupholstered with high-quality dark brown leather. The cushions feature decorative cross-stitched seams, similar to the original cushions on the chair. Unmarked. Dimensions: 40”H (with back in upright most position) x 32 7/8”D x 28 3/4”W.
